Why China?

Last year the number of Chinese students in the US increased by 8.2%. China is the second largest sending country – surpassed only by India – and its vibrant economy will continue to enable students to pursue degrees in the U.S. The tour is comprised of four fairs and is designed to bring together US universities and Chinese students in cities where there is a large concentration of students at both the undergraduate and graduate level.

The tour begins in Shanghai, the economic powerhouse of China, proceeds to Wuhan, an energetic city in the heart of China as well as a key center for finance, trade technology and education. Following Wuhan, the tour moves to Shenyang in the northeast. The tour ends in Tianjin, China's 3rd largest city, an industrial and commerical port city southeast of Beijing.
